The West Chatham Marching Band — a joint ensemble featuring musicians from Jordan-Matthews and Chatham Central high schools — participates in the 2025 Northwest Guilford Fall Festival. The 43rd annual event at Northwest Guilford High School near Greensboro provides an opportunity for marching bands to receive artistic criticism from experienced judges and perform in a public competition.

Our performance is scheduled from 3:15 to 3:30 p.m. during the third session of the day. That third session from 2:15 to 3:45 p.m. also includes performances by the Southern Alamance, West Davidson, Mount Tabor, Trinity and Western Guilford high school bands.

In all, 30 bands perform during four sessions running from 11 a.m. to an awards ceremony at 8:30 p.m., with a 15-minute break between sessions and a dinner break from 5:15 to 6 p.m.

Tickets to the competition at R.L. Billings Stadium are $10 and available at the gate. Concessions will be sold.
